To reserve your lesson time, payment is required at booking. Your spot is not confirmed until payment is received.
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled session will receive a full credit toward a future session. No refunds will be issued, but your payment will never be lost.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled session forfeit that session. No credit or reschedule will be offered.
No-shows (failure to appear without any notice) forfeit the session in full with no credit or reschedule.
These policies exist because your time slot is held exclusively for you — a late cancellation cannot be filled on short notice. Respecting this policy is what allows me to keep my schedule available and my clients well-served.
